CEO-Executive Director

 Tammie Pearson is the founder and CEO of S.H.I.F.T. Her passion in the field of Social Services has paved the way over the past 19 years to be the difference in her community. Her widespread knowledge and experience have gifted her the opportunity to expand her horizons in building an agency dedicated to assisting vulnerable individuals. Tammie strives to be impactful to the lives of others and her empathy, integrity, and education has earned her a reputable reputation within her community.

Denise Roopani, is CO-Owner of SH House and Administrator for SHIFT. Her dedication, passion, and integrity has given her the opportunity to grow, learn and expand within herself and the community. Denise Roopani has extensive knowledge in mental health through family dynamics, personal growth, and experience. Denise’s ability to adapt, change and learn from human behaviour has been her passion and she continues to educate within the social service sector. Her goals are to be the difference to those who need change, hope, and rehabilitation.

Trai Carlson is our Supervisor  at S.H. House Innisfil .He  is a dedicated and hard-working individual with adoration  and knowledge for mental health. He strives to make a difference in every client he supports. He has a passion for cooking ,coaching and assisting individuals with  life skills and social development.

She is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of everyone she supports.

She has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs in both group home and academic settings. Currently pursuing studies in Addictions and Mental Health, Andrea is committed to promoting empathy, professional growth, and inclusive environments where individuals are supported and valued.
